Facilitation Session for integrating shadow aspects

Core-deep breathing and guidance for integration

Shadow work (aka aspect integration) increases clarity, balance, and awareness of our true nature. It's an inevitable part of awakening. While it's rarely comfortable, there are practical tools that help you stay grounded, clear and safe during the process of transformation.
In the session, I guide you to get grounded and centred, access deeply held beliefs, release emotions, and use conscious breathing to connect with your inner truth and divinity. Even for experienced shadow workers, it can be helpful to have someone hold a state of high frequency and anchor the safe space as you allow the process.

'Self-mastery' or embodiment means applying your spiritual wisdom and skills to every aspect of your human life. It's about bringing your soul essence down to Earth and living your human life in full awareness of your multidimensional nature.
These sessions are ideal if you have specific questions about your spiritual experiences, about sensitivity and energy management, or are interested in deepening your self-discovery.

A safe space for creative expression

Do you wish to free your authentic expression and rediscover your natural creativity? Finding and expressing our own voice (in every sense of the word) is essential to our wellbeing and self-awareness. Art is not only healing, but also makes life more fun and meaningful!
Whether you want to overcome stage fright, explore your creative potentials, discover the delights of journaling or just want to express yourself in a safe space, this offering is for you. I will bring my background in theatre and writing as well as tools of psychology.
